Family Harmony Project builds upon the 6-week 'Tuning in to Kids' program, an evidence-based parenting program developed by the University of Melbourne. This version is tailored to support parents and carers of children (aged 3-10) with Autism, ADHD, or other developmental delays.
Through private coaching and expert guidance, you’ll:
Empower your child to manage emotions: Use evidence-based emotion coaching to navigate big feelings together.
Build stronger connections: Learn how to respond with empathy to foster a calmer, more harmonious family unit.

Navigate your own emotions: Gain practical tools to stay calm and collected, even in the midst of challenging moments.
